Part 1: Customer Terms & Conditions

Welcome to our online clothing store. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms:

Order Processing & Delivery Estimates: All delivery timeframes provided on our website are estimates only. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, unexpected logistical delays can occur. We are not liable for any shipping delays outside of our direct control.
Final Sale & No Returns: Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer's remorse.
Damaged or Defective Items: We only accept claims for items that arrive damaged. To qualify for a replacement:
- You must inspect the item immediately upon delivery.
- Any damage must be reported to our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
- The item must be brand new, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Items that show signs of wear will be rejected.

Part 2: Vendor / Supplier Sourcing Agreement

This section outlines the operational rules and strict compliance policies required for any third-party vendor supplying products to our store:

Fulfillment & Quality Control: The vendor agrees to supply products matching the exact specifications, high quality, and agreed-upon timelines for dropshipping fulfillment.
Anti-Poaching & Customer Privacy:
- The vendor strictly acknowledges that all end-customer data, contact details, and purchasing habits belong exclusively to our business.
- No Poaching: The vendor must not attempt to market directly to, contact, or solicit our customers using information obtained through order fulfillment.
- Penalty for Poaching: If the vendor is found to be engaging in customer poaching or unauthorized direct marketing, all of their products will be delisted and removed from our platform immediately, and the business relationship will be terminated with zero liability on our end.

Part 3: Limitation

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, our brand, owners, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our website, purchase of products, or third-party fulfillment errors.
Product Representation & Sourcing Disclaimers: All clothing items and apparel are sourced from third-party manufacturers and vendors. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that product descriptions, colors, mockups, or other content are entirely error-free, complete, or current.
Indemnification in Favor of the Brand: By using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to defend our brand, its directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these terms or misuse of our products.
Right to Modify Terms: We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at our sole discretion by posting updates to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.
Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of our primary operating jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Part 4: Additional Store Protections & User Policies

Account Security & User Conduct: If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts, cancel orders, or refuse service at our sole discretion if fraudulent or abusive activity is suspected.
Pricing and Typographical Errors: We strive for 100% accuracy, but pricing or typographical errors may occasionally occur on our website. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, even if the order has been confirmed and your payment processed. If your card has already been charged, a prompt refund will be issued.
Force Majeure (Unforeseen Circumstances): Neither our business nor our vendors shall be held liable for any failure to perform obligations if such failure stems from causes beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor strikes, global supply chain disruptions, carrier delays, or internet and utility outages.
Electronic Communications: By using our site, placing an order, or signing up for our newsletter, you consent to receive electronic communications from us via email. We will communicate with you by email or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
User-Generated Content & Reviews: If you submit reviews, photos, or comments to our website or social media channels, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display such content for marketing and promotional purposes without compensation to you.

We assume no responsibility or liability for the content, privacy policies, practices, or product availability of any third-party sites. Accessing them is done entirely at your own risk.
Export Control & Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws, statutes, and regulations regarding the purchase and transportation of goods. If an ordered item is restricted or prohibited by customs laws in your destination region, you assume full responsibility for any resulting customs seizures, import duties, or regulatory penalties.
Zero Tolerance for Abusive Behavior: We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy toward abusive, harassing, threatening, or profane behavior directed at our customer support team, staff, or brand representatives. Any customer engaging in such conduct will have their orders permanently canceled, service refused, and account blocked without notice.
Entire Agreement Clause: These Terms & Conditions, along with any operating rules or policies posted by us on this website, constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and our brand. They govern your use of the site, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, or proposals, whether oral or written.
Product Care & Maintenance Liability: Because our apparel items are sourced from external manufacturing partners, we are not responsible for damages resulting from improper washing, failure to follow garment care label instructions, normal wear and tear, or accidental misuse after delivery has been accepted.

Part 6: Design Rights, Cash on Delivery (COD), and Order Verification

Detailed Design & Sourced Artwork Sourcing: All graphic tees, patterns, and apparel designs featured on our store are sourced from various third-party designers, suppliers, and independent artists. We act as a retail platform distributing these items. While we require our suppliers to guarantee their right to distribute these designs, we do not independently verify the underlying copyright for every single asset.
Design Infringement Counter-Notice & Takedown Process: If you are a copyright holder and believe your artistic design has been unlawfully used on our platform, please send a written infringement notice to our designated support email. Your notice must include: (a) proof of original copyright ownership, (b) the exact URL of the disputed product on our store, and (c) your contact information. Upon valid verification, we will remove the item immediately. Because items are print-on-demand or drop-shipped
Cash on Delivery (COD) Availability & Terms: If Cash on Delivery (COD) is offered as a payment method for your region, you agree to have the exact cash amount ready upon the courier's arrival. Refusing a COD package at the doorstep without a valid, pre-approved reason constitutes a breach of contract. We reserve the right to blacklist your address, phone number, and account from future purchases, and recover any return shipping fees incurred.
Mandatory Contact & Order Verification: To prevent fraud, card testing, and fake COD orders, we reserve the right to contact customers via phone, WhatsApp, or email to verify order details before fulfillment. If we are unable to reach you or verify your contact information within a specified timeframe (e.g., 48 hours), we reserve the right to cancel and void your order entirely.
Design Variations & Mockup Disclaimer: The graphics, colors, and placements displayed on our website mockups are digital representations. Actual t-shirt prints may vary slightly in color intensity, texture, or exact placement due to fabric variations, dye lots, and printing techniques. These minor production variations do not constitute a "damaged or defective" item.
Custom Design Requests & Customer Uploads: If our store ever permits customers to upload their own custom designs or text for printing, you warrant that you own or have full legal rights to use that artwork. You assume 100% legal and financial responsibility for any copyright or trademark violations resulting from your uploaded graphics, completely indemnifying our brand.
